Roads take up space, space costs money. Over and over I'm faced with the choice of buying a new building(that earns money) or buying land. I take the building every time. Then I try to save up some money but every time I've built up some cash a new more expensive building comes up. Last week I was a millionaire, now I can't even afford a plot of land and there's a $500k building I still need to buy first.
The result is half my town was laid out nicely, half has buildings crammed in as tightly as possible.
Thats the beginning, now I have 32 million and nothing to spend on.
My trick was buy 1 plot land put 8 blue houses on and repeat.
After a few weeks/months I had over 700 blue houses and lots of cash, half city half blue houses.
When i had money enough i store my blue houses and than build my town. :wink:
