- Yeah, I agree.
Easter = sucked complete balls
Stonecutters: small improvement, but only 2 new characters and a bunch of skins I will never use
Levels 39-44 = mostly crap
Yard sale = complete crap
Gil's deal = I guess I'll finally get that Ferris Wheel I've been dreaming about ... Not. Crap
I am complaining, because I am not getting my money worth. This sucks. - I get the issues people have with the Easter event, or with the lack of a recent land expansion, or with getting a duplicate building from this Gil offer.
But for people who are also moaning about the awesome Stonecutters event, I just don't know what you could realistically get from this game that will make you happy. Seriously. - JedihntrNew SpectatorSee, I'm not helping Gil either but for a very different reason. Until EA spends some time and effort to fix the performance issues commonly written about on this site, I see no reason to even consider giving them more money. It's been weeks and I still get the "Cannot Connect to Server" screen every single time I launch the game. Like many others, I still crash regularly, and EA's latest bit of advice was to factory reset my phone.
Sorry, EA, but my faith in you is waning. teo47 wrote:

I know you just cant make everyone happy, but the SC event was awesome from top to bottom. I felt the complaints about it were unjustified. It was very well done and enjoyed by the majority.
Personally, in my experience at work, my employees simply complain just to complain. We could give them each a million bucks and they'd gripe that it wasn't in crisp new bills.- Oh yay, more entitled whinging about a free game people choose to spend money on...
- Is it wrong to complain about misleading advertising? No, you should get what you paid for
Is it cynical to complain about free content? Yes, it's free after all.
I liked Stonecutters even though more animation tasks would be nice.
I'm saving donuts for Halloween and hoping we'll be allowed to place 'frightful' things in KL. richardaca969 wrote:

You're right the game has been pretty crappy lately.- this Gil deal is just not good value, quit frankly
a 25% off all donuts would work out to be twice as good...you could then pay double but get an entire boatload of donuts
compare the two:
1 - buy gills deal twice..end up with 2 random buildings and 1100 donuts
2 - for the same price buy a boatload (when at 25% discount) and get 2400 donuts
aww hell its even a better deal to just buy a boatload right now without the discount
this Gill deal stinks! - The following are responses to some individual posts so far. You'll have to figure out which ones they're related to because I'm too lazy to do the copy paste thing.
I think you all misunderstood the point of this post, this is not entitled whining, or let's rehash every single event or update that's occurred in the past five months. I just want EA to know that their actions have consequences, and when they eff with my buildings I'm gonna show my displeasure by not giving them cash. I was kinda hoping some of you would understand that.
Please don't turn this into a Skins vs. didn't like Stonecutters thing. I'm not complaining about ANY past events, I got that all out of my system while they were still relevant.
Also, nothing is ever free, and this and every other "free" game proves it. Am I wrong, they are currently asking for actual real world dollars in exchange for a mystery prem. building and some donuts are they not?
So to spell it out plainly my point is EA does not deserve my dollars, unless they give me something to ease my pain. Mainly just stop shrinking buildings, and more land since we can't go back in time to fix Easter or events that are already done. teo47 wrote:

Lol, this. SC was one of the best events we've had imo. So much to do, so much content. But there will always be that one person who has to complain.
