It has a pay out like a building/house. It's actually very efficient and pays out the same as a white house ($200/20xp) in half the time (6 hours, if I remember right).
It also has somewhat of a 'rare' factor I guess you could say since it can only be had by winning one in a mystery box. The chances are pretty high, though, and you'll likely get one sooner or later out of the weekly mystery box.
