Why is the lemon tree good?

Is it really that low? Seems like I got mine on my first or second mystery box. Then again, I never got the Squeaky Voiced Teen from a mystery box and seems like quite a few have gotten him that way...

I guess I got lucky. I also have gotten 30 donuts two times in a row now too.

The lemon tree and Squeaky Voice Teen were in two of my first three mystery boxes. I've had nothing of note since.
