Wiggum Christmas Lights?

After winning the last of the holiday light facades I noticed that there was one major omission. I know from a...certain TSTO news site that they made a design for it; I wonder why they didn't use it. And what about decorations for the new houses, like Fat Tony's mansion, Abe Lincoln's log cabin, or the Bad Dream House?

I skipped Suzanne the Witch's Gingerbread House, as it's already a Christmas decoration.
