It's incredibly hard to prove that they "stole" your idea for the game when 1) the game takes ideas from the tv show and 2) you got your ideas from the tv show.

If you suggest something that wasn't in any show and they later incorporate that into the game then you'll have a stronger case.

The space episode was an iconic episode in my books. Once anyone decides to base an episode off of this, certain elements are fairly obvious - Barney and Homer as main characters with skins, the Carbon Rod, a launch pad with rocket... I haven't read the OPs old posts, but I would have to see a unique, specific aspect that was copied (eg. chips flying through the air) in order to gain credibility.

First, don't judge. I'm holding down my couch at home with a nasty cold; I'd rather be tapping, but looking at my device is making me dizzy, so it's Netflix and interwebs this afternoon.

Second, emmcee obviously isn't the originator of this idea: the writers of the show are. And indeed, he wasn't the first person to throw out this idea for our game. He has, however, been pretty consistent over the years. I did a forum search using keywords "emmcee1" "space" and "launch" and present the results in chronological order:

I completely understand why you feel this was "your" idea, I just don't agree with the manner/attitude in which you've presented yourself here in this thread. It comes off as pretentious and self-serving whereas a modicom of humility would have gone much further, IMHO.
