Will there be another cutscenes?
I would say yes but then I would say no I guess my point is I don't know

We are as likely to get new cutscenes, as we are to get voices for Milhouse and co. They would have to bring in the voice actors to record new stuff for the scenes and we all know how EA loves spending extra cash to make us happy.
