Windmill has a multiplier now.
The multiplier is 0.75%. I had a bunch of them in my inventory from a previous event. Just wanted to let everybody know.

I think the guillotine would've been more appropriate for this event. - They must have rolled some random dice in order to give an item THAT random a multiplier....lol an item a lot of people have forgotten about it. An item not many people use.
