Unexplained increase in multiplier

They usually put multiplier after a while to old decorations that were increasing only vanity. In Rommelwood Academy mini-event, some of the old decorations with vanity from Burns' Casino event in 2016 got multiplier. Another thing could be that, they updated the game giving multiplier to some objects with vanity from this event. For example, Globex balloon at first had only increase in vanity, but it was updated after few days with 0.50%.

I'm not sure what was in the Scorpio Globex bundle as I haven't seen it but did it contain anything like the E.P.A. hover jet thing as that has a 2.50% multiplier.

Radstation and satellite have multipliers if you bought mystery boxes and got them.

I'm talking like 2-3 days. I know it's not crazy plane or EPA jet or mystyery box items.
