Overall it was all right. The glitches and server outages have made this way more of a challenge than it should have been.
And it's a little disappointing that the only freebie character, Santa, disappeared from the game after Christmas. But somehow he's back again and interacting with the Little Helper Ralph quest that apparently takes place before Christmas. That's pretty haphazard.
EDIT: Oh wait... I totally forgot about Zutroy. Again. I'd abandon him in Krustyland if I could.
