Witnessed a Town Nuke in progress

I've been wanting to nuke my town even though I am very happy with much of it, feeling like I arranged things "just right", but I think it might be fun to re-do and try something different. anyhow, I've been putting it off waiting for this monorail, since I thought it might require substantial re-jiggering.

That's true, it would be awful to nuke your town and rebuild it, only to discover a few weeks later they added a Monorail and you had to do it all over again! Sort of like the people who just bought Otto before he went on sale, but much worse.

one of my neighbours nuked both their Springfield and their Krustyland. After a week of no rebuilding I got fed up of only seeing green when I visited that I deleted them.

If new land comes out, I will buy as much as I can and NUKE immediately.
