Worst... Buy... Ever?
Arnie Pye is the worst for me. I hate his helicopter tasks. He either walks the newshound or feasts at the Stonecutters Lodge now. Best buy was Count Burns. That is my favorite THoH.

i have 2 things regretted buying...
1. Ferris Wheel... Most buildings are only available one. I thought it was a system glitch when it is available again after my first purchase, so I went ahead and bought a second Ferries Wheel. Little did I know that it's an unlimited regular building in TSTO menu. Sigh!
2. Hover-copter... It was a prize for an event. I can't finish drafting it, so I spent 200-300 donuts to speed up the event to earn this prize. After the event ended, it was available for sale at less than 100 donuts.... Arghhhhh!
