Worst buy for me was Duffman. I saved up for his for ages (freemium ftw!), and I was bitterly disappointed with him. He doesn't have proper quests, he doesn't interact with any of the other Springfielders. His quotes are a bit amusing though. I should have gone with Disco Stu instead!

Best buy for me was Dr. Nick, Love the character in the series, and he is funny in the game. I think Jasper is a close second!

As a newb, i bought the whale. Would have been better off with cop cars, quad bikes, etc

OMG! You wasted 300 donuts on a deco? ... Better spend it on other "productive" characters and/or buildings, as newbie you needs a lot of in-game money to progress.
