I'd only just started playing when Easter 2014 came around so I had no problems with it. I assumed that items described as "prizes" were prizes in the usual sense of the word, ie items that were won through skill or chance. Therefore, I was not particularly bothered that I didn't get all of them. I have, over my lifetime, entered many contests that I have not won and I have learnt to deal with this.
Now I understand that prizes in TSTO are supposed to be much more like the prizes at a kindergarten awards day - you get them just for turning up, and if anyone misses out, there'll be tears and tantrums.
