This shouldn't be true. If anything, it's probably an added quest you get if you have Lincoln as well. This has been done this in the past where if you have a certain premium character, new quests will be added for the existing storyline. Like the added Lugash quests for the Fit Milhouse quest line. Those were only available if you had Lugash as a character.
