I think Lincoln and his cabin didn't cost as many donuts. Plus Lincoln is voiced and has three visual tasks. I'll pass on Washington. I hope they bring the other George-- Bush Sr., that is-- in the game.
Strikes me as unlikely that they would add recent presidents (particularly those who are still alive). Featuring them in an animated TV show is one thing, putting them in a game where the players control them is another entirely.
Having said that, Bush Snr's comments on the show always made it likely he would appear on screen at some point.
