Would like more decayed structures
But this is a rebuilt Springfield, why would you rebuild an abandoned run down building. Its bad enough as it is that buildings like Cletus' farm has been rebuilt looking old ;)

I know how you feel. I started my squidport about a week ago and when I bought my first plot of land with sea, I was so excited to finally give my river a real ending. Disappointment set in about 30 secs after.
I too would appreciate dirt or some kind of dirt road. I would also love a smaller version of the concrete tile, like 2x2 or even 1x1 instead of 4x4 to make footpaths, driveways and the like. And if the tiles we have could be moved in any direction in increments of one grid point instead of four (like the houses and the other stuff), that would be great too.
