Sounds like a glitch, doesn't it? Considering your lack of further information (and polite language btw.) I can only advise you to delete and re-install the game. If that doesn't work you could store all the buildings that have characters attached to them and then place them again. If that doesn't work you should describe your problem to EA and hope for a fix.
