Yeah honestly, i had around 200-300 posts when i got promoted Waaaay back last year, and i have seen people with as low as 10 posts get promoted :D all depends on how active you are at the time of promotion ;)
Ahh ok! I didn't realise! What space of time was the 300 posts over? If you can remember!!
