I don't have any creative ideas as we speak but something with community based prizes sounds like a plan after that terrible luck I received during the Easter event

Tie in some community prizes (stone utters maybe?) and it'd be the complete package.
Stonecutters should be a level update so everyone can get them. If there were any community prizes, I'd vote for something a little less in demand than stonecutters. Maybe some existing premium decorations, like billboards and fruit trees, and if we do super awesome, everyone gets a whale.
