It may seem silly, but unless you give them the specific name (the game calls them Robot Part) then perhaps their search doesn't yield any results.

I agree with the thinking like a computer and that not everyone is familiar with TSTO game entirely but than why do we have to choose TSTO to file a claim? :lol:
I sent just sent them a reply spelling everything out like when my daughter was a child :lol: , so we'll see what happens!
Also like how the response completly "glazed" over the 3 donuts that I didn't recieve this morning for completing Maggie Game.
I give EA a lot of credit for a quick response and in the past they have always made things right in these situations but, that response made me laugh :!:
