It sounds as though fastshadow is using EA Helps e-mail contact method, in my opinion the least useful of the three available.

Obviously, ymmv, but my experiences were fraught with difficulties. My primary gripe is that, however quickly EA responds by e-mail, that response time is going to be slower than it would be if the problem were being handled via chat or phone. This time issue is made all the more frustrating given the overwhelming propensity of EAs first-line help staff to recommend the usual solutions that most users will have already tried. In general, I just find it quicker and easier to get past this first round of non-help when using the chat or phone contact methods.
maybe I'll try that next time or if i get another response that doesnt help this situation. Time is not that big of a deal to me because i will get every item anyway, but 500 is hard to come by with this event. It'll just take a little longer than expected. Im almost to level 12 already so im not sweating. Good ideas if i was cutting close due to time
