It doesn't appear in the character task list for me only straight from the bin itself. So possibly you have got it and just can't find it. Maybe ask your neighbours to search or just nuke and find it that way.
It doesn't count as 'added clarity' when you weren't clear in the first place.
Maybe if you approached EA with better info and not such an aggressive attitude the results would be better.
