Bug in Simpson's tapped out

When I went onto my game this morning (United Kingdom) I had 30 donuts so I deiced to do the year book and when I did the year book I manged to get the hanger 18 and I had placed it down and it was built within 6 seconds. When I went to log on in the evening the hanger 18 had disappeared and there was no donuts and I had checked my storage and it is not in there so I went back onto the year book and it is back in the year book but I did not get no donuts back. What shill I do? I've tried signing out and back in still not worked!
