Missing Famous Milk Can

I purchased The Great Raymondo Pack which had the character and his house but I can’t complete his quest line because I didn’t receive the Famous Milk Can.  I checked my inventory and the stores every day and I don’t see it.

    I did Get Help on the Build Menu, went to one of the options like More Info About The Game on the webpage, went to the chat option under it, and attached a screenshot of the bug, told the TSTO employee what happened, and gave him my email associated with the account.  He told me to log off for a few minutes, then it was in when I logged back on.

    Hey how did you get them to give you the milk can? I’ve been on chat with 2 people from EA, one who said it wasn’t his job, the other who said he could t give the can because it was an event item? Can you share what your description of the bug was for me? It might help, haha

    How did you get an actual living human being?

    When I attempted Chat all I got was an AI acting as a person.

    After the third exact, word for word reply about not understanding my question, even with three screenshots, I gave up.
