I don't know what happened to my Golden Goose

Two days ago I paid 150 donuts for Golden Goose Realty.  I just found out that it is a building I should've had ages ago because it gives land vouchers.  I don't spend real money on Tapped Out but I try to do as much as possible.  I've been playing for about 10 years.  Anyway, I went through the storyline when I bought this (it's about Burns rapping) and when the storyline finished, my building disappeared???  I just spent 150 donuts for this and it just disappeared.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Does anyone know a remedy?  Am I able to get my donuts back?  Will birds, dogs, and cats become friends???
