I'm having the same issue. My error code is 4.89.0:31:100117-c3dd2dc1-b4fb66c3, and I'm on an Amazon Fire tablet.

Hi I play on Amazon fire tablet and I can't remember the code but it was long. I chanced uninstalling it and redownloaded it and it worked and started to download the new update.

Hi I chanced it by uninstalling it and then redownloaded it and the new update started downloading and then I just logged back in and everything was there.
