Abandoned warehouse problem

Question

I just got the quest for Michael -baking bread part 6- and it says : build the abandoned warehouse. I can buy it, have more than enough igc, but it does not place anywhere... it comes out of the shop, but stays red anywhere I try to place it... am I missing anything?

Place it on Squidport or on dirt.
