Characters that can/can't be given cards
I never seem to be able to give kumiko a card but perhaps friends of friends have already given one? The abominable snowman gets one

- Actually, I'm happy if I can find anyone to give a card.
- I have yet to be able to leave a card for Judge Snyder or Kumiko. But the guy dressed as a candy cane can receive one. (I don't have him, so I don't know the character's actual name.)

I've been given cards for Snyder and Kumiko (and Candy Cane Kevin) but not JubJub or the zombies/racoon/turkey/other non-task characters- Oh, I'm sure, teesphil, but I've got a few neighbors who have one small straight or square street, so I see all their characters there, and they are very regular player because I"ve never seen more than a handful that I can't tap cards for...and those are always Kumiko and Judge Snyder in addition to the nonhuman characters like zombies, dolls, and animals (with the exception of the Yeti -- and I'm assuming the Grumble is a guy in a suit).
