Complete Walkthrough - Level 38 (including BHL)

Edit: about half an hour into the quest, CBG joined Wiggum but instead of sitting in jail, he is busting the budget blogger too...

I would assume that you have to finish the other one first, since Judge Snyder shows up in the latter parts of the Brockman quest.

I updated and homer and wiggum triggered. Homer finished and I sent him off on a 12 hour task. Shortly after my game crashed. On restarting the game it downloaded the update again. Now, I am stuck on level 37 and whilst homer was off on his 12 hour task, Wiggum was walking around again... but Wiggum has triggered his task again, so he is off procrastinating for the 2nd time, having done about 40 minutes of it previously. Do you think when Homer frees up it will boost me to level 38 again?

I had the same problem, however, I leveled to level 38 again when I unloaded the game from memory and reran it.
I dont have any of the lvl 38 exp that i used to have though..so I lost half a bar. Homers task was only 30 mins or so and its not required for chief wiggum at all. Its two different quest lines that you are seeing.

The only thing different is that my grocery store build vanished and then reappeared when i relaunched the game and it got the patch again

good to know. ill keep getting handshakes while finishing the task line. i was thinking i would have to clear the handshakes before it would start.

Well, I'm still level 37, but the chief Wiggum quest line is continuing, just sent him off to the java server for 3 hours, hopefully I'll re-up to 38 soon or I won't be able to build the courthouse!

Well, I'm still level 37, but the chief Wiggum quest line is continuing, just sent him off to the java server for 3 hours, hopefully I'll re-up to 38 soon or I won't be able to build the courthouse!

you can alway buy and sell volleyball courts to get the XP meter back up
