The Volleyball court gives you the best XP for the price/resale value. Also high on the list is weather stations. There is a chart on here somewhere where someone figured it out mathematically.- Thank you again for all your work.

They do work possibly a tad better, however I think it's 2 volleyball courts per 1 weather station, so essentially it's double the time for a meager difference in XP value. It comes down to dedication, time, and space (volleyball court is larger in size, and need twice as many).- Started the mass quests last night. Basically the excluded characters are Mr. Costington, Grumple, Yes Guy, Quimby, Wiggum, Eddie, Lou, Synder. Basically government employees and the characters from Christmas to put it easily.
