Confirm Donut Spend RAGE!!

Same thing happened to me during the yard sale - I was skimming the info on each item and accidentally bought Frink's dog. In my case I hadn't set the Confirm Donut Spend on BOTH my devices. Turns out the setting is not ACCOUNT specific, but DEVICE specific. Is it possible that happened with you?

Anyhoo, I immediately sent EA an email explaining the situation, and after a LOOOOONNNNGGG back and forth and wait, they broke protocol and refunded the donuts. So give it a try.

    Where did you contact them? I've been trying to find the customer support e-mail but all I could find was the ask a question form.. Maybe I'll try looking again

    I tried finding the original email I sent, but I think it was through a link on EA's website. Try the Ask A Question link - you may eventually get to a place where you can ask a question! :-)

I mean I'd been saving for ages to get something decent, I was thinking either Otto or maybe even hold out a little longer and get the volcano, I was even considering buying donuts to get there even though I'd vowed to never do that at first, but you know what, with this level of customer support, * that, I've messaged them on their FB page, put up a question on the FAQ and the forums, and nothing. Defo not dropping a dime on this piece of *. * FIRE JUGGLER!! ARGH!!!
