Except its worked fine for me for both 10 and 30 donut mystery boxes. And it only takes 5 days to get one.

I've lost MANY donuts from random crashes after purchases BUT I have always received new donuts after complaining. Sure, it takes them 5-14 days to answer your e-mail but I have gotten everything back so far.
At the moment I'm 13 donuts short due to glitches and still waiting for their reply but I have faith to receive them.
Bottom line: if you don't contact EA you will not get your donuts back.
