Finally got my glitches out game to work again

I am not sure about the brown houses but the krusty burgers if it is the first one it will be under 1000 sell back but if its the 2nd one it is 6000 sell back. Same with the kwik e mart the first one sell back is lower than the 2nd buildings sell back. I just happen to stumble on what happend to my game to get it back on track but I still don't understand what's the difference between the 2 buildings they both cost but it really shouldn't have made a difference
