Gulp n Blow

Where do you see that Willy raking leaves is a prerequisite to getting the Gulp n' Blow?

I am having real trouble keeping track of what quests I have done, is there anyway to see what quests you still need to do and what is needed to trigger them?

I pretty much ONLY send my players to the Kwik E Mart so they are all finishing at the same time so quests will trigger but I am level 14 and building the nuclear power plant yet I still don't have a gulp n blow....

Any help on how to follow the quests more easily would be appreciated.

Scroll down the page and you will see Gulp-N-Blow listed with the Willie raking info. There is no way in the game to keep track of which quests you have completed in terms of a checklist but looking through the quests on the above page will hopefully trigger your memory if you have completed them or not.
