Good point. I added "Platform" to the list.

I figure the more info they have, the easier it will be to find what is causing the error.

1 - Level 26 in my Ipad 2
2 - Send Wigun and Ralph to eat in the El Chemistri
3 - I tried everything. Delete the game, restart the ipad, logout/in, wait the 15 mins without sucess..
4 - No. I'm trying about 8, 10 times a day

I just posted this information on the poll thread:
The leaving the device on for 15 minutes only works if you have access to an iPhone 5 based on my experiences and other posts I have seen.
- I have a 2nd gen iPad.
- Got the Harps after sending Wiggums to El Chemestri to eat.
- Tried the leave the device fix on my iPad but kept crashing back to the iOS home screen.
- Saw suggestions to try it on the iPhone 5 (something to do with memory).
- Download game to my iPhone 5, left it on, and got back in.
- Am now back to playing TSTO on my iPad.
You only need to use/borrow iPhone 5 to get past the crash. Once you do, you are good to go on your normal device.
I have seen posts from players with iPhone5's who have been kind enough to log into other people's Springfields to get them past the Harps. So if you don't have an iPhone 5, and know a fellow TSTO player who does, that would be the route to go.

2 - Cant remember what I was doing but not yet able to build El Chemestri
3 - Tried reboot, leaving it for a few days etc, no luck. Logged out of origin and started new game, after a few early quests able to sign back in but failed to load Springfield.
4 - Tried leaving it on the stuck screen as suggested by others, timed it and after 14m 30s it loaded my Springfield :)

Everything was fine through 2/15/13 update, until I finished building Wiggums House. After I selected Wiggums to drop it into place, a side task appeared to collect tax on my buildings. I think it was 20 homes that I had to tap. After I completed that task the pop up announced I had just completed "The Tax Man Cometh" and to collect my reward. After I tapped the "Continue" button the screen froze and the "harp sound" started. It froze for about a minute so I closed the game completely on my iPad2. When I opened the game again a prompt read that I had not completely closed the game on my other device and did I want to continue because some of my progress would be lost. I selected "continue" and the game appeared to start loading but never opened past the "Tapped Out" screen (the donut stopped turning). Meanwhile, the annoying harp sound started again.

3-What have you tried as far as fixing the issue?
I tried opening the game from my husband's iPod touch 4 (he can access the game without any problems), but I get the same result...it sticks on the Tapped Out screen, the donut stops turning and the harp sound starts.

I have the latest iOS. I have completely deleted the game from my iPad, turned off & restarted my iPad, then re-installed the game. When I start the game it again says I had not completely closed the game so I select continue and it hangs up on the Tapped Out screen with the annoying harp sound and frozen donut.

I have completely deleted and reinstalled about 4 or 5 times, but have the same result.

I even had my husband log into his Springfield on my iPad. It works for him, but when I try to log on it does the same thing.

My husband just received the iPad 4 and I've tried since yesterday to let it ring with auto-lock turned off but it just harps and is frozen until it crashes ~20 minutes later.

just finished building el chemistri when the game closed down and wouldn't load

turned off auto-lock, left game on the stuck loading screen, did not touch it for about 15mins , tried deleting and try to reinstall the game
