- I wonder if someone has done a more recent map. According to the map, it was last updated in 2004. A lot can change in almost 10 years.

The Springfield Buddhist Temple is in SW8.
I haven't been able to find the Adult Education Annex yet. The Simpsons wiki page wasn't any help, either. Until I figure it out, I'm putting mine around N5 to take the place of the Community College Ext. Center.
For a second I thought I had made a typo when I edited my OP a few days ago to add the Temple to the list. lol You are indeed correct, the location is SW8.
I've also had no luck locating the Adult Ed. Annex either. My rule now is if I can't find it after 3 section by section searches, then it's not on the map until I find out otherwise. Alot easier on the eyes. lol
I appreciate your help, thanks again.

I haven't seen anything made more recent in my travels.
I agree, much can change in 10 years. But this is not a real town, it's a cartoon town.

Springfield Falls is somewhere in the northwest, I think.
Thanks again for your help. I updated my OP a few days ago. Luckily, they were easy to find.
I too thought that Springfield Falls would be in the northwest or perhaps in the southwest. It doesn't appear to be on the map. Some locations appeared in the show after the map was made. It's possible that Springfield Falls is one. I googled a few sites to find out, but didn't find anything.

Oh, sorry I missed the edit. thanks again for putting the effort into the map guide.
No need to apologise. I know you are being helpful and I appreciate it.
I assume the map has been helping people judging by the amount of hits on this thread.

Hello everyone, I've looked at the buildings that are absent in the list. I've listed them out and also why aren't in the map. *All buildings that appeared first after 2004 aren't included in map.
Buildings:
Adult Education Annex: First appearance in 1994, may had happened the same with Howard's Flowers. (See below)
Asia de Cuba: First appearance in 2010.
Brown house: (740 Evergreen Terrace, next to simpsons house) It's the only non-character house that can be located. (N9)
Cool Brown house: Appears only in one episode. It's actually the brown house (N9, temporaly)
Frink's Lab: I think that it doesn't appears in any episode. (It only appears Frink's house)
Howard's Flower: It's first appearance was in 1990, I've personally haven't find it in the map, but it possible that the map creator had forgot to include it.
Mapple Store: It's first appearance was in 2008 and the last update was in 2004, so obviosly it doesn't appears in the map. (It's true there's one in the Mall)
Mausoleum: I think it's situated inside the cementary, if so: (SW7)
Purple, Blue, Pink, White and Orange houses: Like Frink's Lab it isn't shown in any episode.
School bus: It's a vehicle so it's moving all the time.
Subatomic Supercollider, House of Evil, Bad dream house and Heck house: Non-canon, they appear in THOH XXIII, II, I and XVIII respectively. (Non-canon means it doesn't exist).
Swanky fish: First appearance in 2013 and it isn't included in the map.
Van Houten and Wiggum house: They aren't shown in the map but they are in the Pressboard state (Either: N6 or N9)
Volcano Lair: Isn't in Springfield.
Decorations:
Butterfly tent: Backyard of Martin Prince house, also in Pressboard State (N6 or N9)
Fountain: In Burns' state: (SW2)
Jebediah Springfield Statue: (N10)
Lemon Tree: (NW3)
Piece-of-crap car: In Nelson's Garden (Once shown), (NE3).
Springfield falls: First appearance in 2013.
Worldwide Brodcast Dish and Weather station: Maybe near Channel 6. If so: (SE1)
Excellent post, thank you for sharing. Until now, I thought the map was from 2007. Also, your list has confirmed a few of the locations that I was unsure about.
The only location we differ about is the School bus. I listed it as the same location as the school. Thinking about it, I reckon we're both correct. Yes, it's always moving but at the same time it's home is the school. In a cartoon world, everyone can be correct.
Thanks again for your post, I welcome any input. It's been rewarding to see my little idea has been helping people.

It's a really good idea. I'm happy you've liked it. :D
 Much appreciated.alexmirpas wrote:
Revised, Howard's flowers isn't included. It might be because its firts appearance was in episode 13 and the map creator has jumped and the second in epidode 435, (after the map was finished). It had passed a total of 19 years from its first appearance to the second.
Any information concerning locations not included in the map helps to fill the gaps. My map lists (mostly) only the locations that appear on the map. It's disappointing when I can't add a location that wasn't included, whatever the reason.
Thanks again!

I've actually been trying to replicate as well. The best I could with the space and locational information.

Still a work in progress.
Let me know that you requested so I can add you.
Thanks for the offer to add you. My friends list is full at the moment. I have tried to delete the contacts who don't log on any more, but Origin has been a bit glitchy recently. I'll add you as soon as I have sorted out my problem.
Peace.
