Luann questline
We are not completly sure if you have to finish level 37 questline first, when kirk is off one of his quest task try storing his building and bringing it out to try and start it.

I complted 37 and now luann and kirk are bothworkingan 8 h shift at cracker factory ( not kirk-ing part 1)
I think kirk started it.
I also think you need to complte the luann task list before you can do this. Very sorry but have never had to trail blaze before :oops:
