Messed up quests: Fence and Gazebo

:cry:I can't get the game to end the fence and gazebo quests even after I buy and place those items. I have spent thousands on fence sections but it still says I haven't completed the quest yet. Same with the gazebo one. I already had a gazebo when the quest came up but I bought another anyway and yet the game still won't give me credit for a completed quest.
Any help EA?
