Missing tasks "make Bart go skateboarding" and "make Bart skip school"

Hello!

I have read lots of information online including walkthroughs, but I can't complete my tasks as they are simply missing. I have Bart's tree house. The quest is there but when I click on it, Make Bart skip school and Make Bart go skateboarding just aren't on the list of tasks.
Please help, thank you!
