I assume the swap you’re referring to is the one found in Currency section of the game’s Store (accessed via the pink donut/greenback icon), but it works opposite to the way you seem to think — i.e., spending 1600 donuts gets you $5.7M in game cash. I don’t think many would consider that a good deal.
