access the online features of this title

Hello, I have purchased my new PS5, I have the PS plus and I have bought the ufc 5 but when I click on playing online I get the message: In order to access the online features of this title, all users must log in to PlayStation Network and the EA servers.

can play UFC 4 on my ps4 without problems online. In the game I have the account logged in correctly.

What should I do to be able to play online?
