Can’t connect to ea servers on ufc 5 on my ps5

Plz help me w this it worked one day then hop on the next I keep getting coded

Reboot your console and router and connect them with a cable rather than via Wi-Fi.

It works for me but not for other acct on my ps5. Doesn’t make sense. Maybe ea acct needs to be relinked to the other acct?
