Cant choose venue with the rules i want.

Why am I not able to choose which venue I want with whatever rules set I want? Seems like a no Brainer honestly. I wanna play kumite with normal rules instead if I want the kumite I'm forced to play one 25 min round. What if I wanted one 25 min round in the octagon? Not possible huh.
