Can't skip challenge

Is this the first time someone ever skips one? I can't clear it as I can't play online and that's the requirement to unlock it.

To clarify, when I press the button again, an empty prompt shows up (with no text). Clearly there's something wrong.

No support at all for this? 

This just happened to me when I tried to skip the challenge for the Alex Caceres - Origins 2006 item.

Same thing happened to me for the exact same character

Very frustrated, paid the 10,000 to skip fight week challenge for Bantamweight Fighter Alex Caceres 630 am on 06.06.25 said " skipping/unlocking" took my coins and he is still locked.
