@HandsOfGod666Which console are you on? I'm on xb and when I play I always end up at division 8 or so after winning my placements. Then I feel like most of the ppl I play are fairly easy wins but I'll always come across someone who's whole game plan is to spam one move. Which to be fair I can usually figure out how to beat them but it makes it daunting enough that after three or four matches I just start playing quick fight. I also play some homies in the top fifty in the world and they talk about how they see crazy cheese and spam in divisions 10-17. Then they end up with good players again at 18-20. They also agree you lose way too many points. I won twenty straight matches in ranked via finish and it put me in div 15, lost the next match boom back to like div 12 or something. Highest I've been in ranked is 18 and the highest I've been in online career is div 20.

Div 1 or 2 is full of people that kinda know what theyre doing but not really. Div 3 to div 7 everyone has an idea of what to do everywhere, div 8 you start to see more consistent gameplans, div 11 i noticed alot more people are better at stamina management. Havent really gotten past div 11 really except for once when a sub win got me to div 13.
But ranked every other match in div 1 for me is going against what i feel to be someone div 10 or higher in online career. If they changed how many points per loss you lose if you dont quit thatll easily shift sandbaggers and people that got div locked for thier skill. Last night i started at 630 and had about 20 matched, lost 2 via ko and stopped playing cause it set me back to 620. Like having to win at least 20 more to make up 2 losses is wacky. Like 4 or 5 i can understand in later divs. Realistically fighters can redeem thier ranking placement if they win a couple, not challenge 20 different people to maybe get spotlight again lol.
I feel like I play quick fight to enjoy myself anymore. I just enjoy MMA and when you're in ranked people will result to exploits or the cheapest tactics when they start losing. So i decided to choose pure enjoyed over rage lol. I know for a fact I can hang with a lot of the top 100 because I do it regularly and as long as I can do that I don't need the number next to my name.
To me this game keeps my fight iq sharp. I like to chill and play when im not working or training. I dont want to be the best but have decent matches against my skill level. Its just hard when every other match if i play ranked usually ends up a one sided beatdown with the other player winning, even if im using real life meta and foght strategies playying. Theyre just straight up better and have no business being in div 1. Like the other night i had a match with someone i practically could not touch or td on the the feet because how good thier footwork, headmovement and tdd was. Finally get em down and any transition i did was defended or reversed even it i fiented. Lose get hit with 70 point loss. Like wow i had to beat 8 people to get this far. Go on online career, immediately go 25+undefeated. Its wild man wild.
