Changing our own Star Rating in UFC 5

In UFC 5 as soon as we customize our characters. Are we able to get the option of changing our own Star Rating? Because back in the old UFC games I would 100% everything in my character's Stat Attributes and I'm wondering if we can do the same for UFC 5 since the fixed Star Rating in UFC 4 for our created fighters we a bit of a letdown.
