Difficulty finding matches - server region lock

Question

EA Sports needs to remove the filters and open the Server, just as it was in UFC1, UFC2 and UFC3. You created a filter to search for similar connections, and this is preventing us in South America from finding opponents from North America, Europe, and the Rest of the World.

The Server has more than 1000 people playing online, and we were limited to fighting with the same 6 people all night! This is unacceptable! If there is a World Rank, we want to compete with these players!

- Remove this filter, allow us to have a variety of opponents online.
- Also rank online as is the case in Online Career, do not allow your opponent to deny the match.

The game is to be played! We didn't buy the game to spend 5, 10 minutes in front of the TV waiting to find an opponent.

@SaintClair_RJ-BR We've had problems with matchmaking since UFC2. There was a bug that prevented you from finding ranked matches online, you had to restart the game to fix it. In UFC3 everything got worse, it was an edition in which I didn't play any ranked matches.

In UFC4 the problem persisted. In 5 the frustration was even greater, as crossplay between Playstation and Xbox was not even implemented. This could minimize the problem.

Brazil is a relevant market, MMA has become a very popular sport here. But with the terrible marketing that is done in the franchise and all these technical problems, it is difficult to recommend the game.

Concordo plenamente, nós pagamos um valor alto pelo jogo e ficamos limitados no jogo on line, em vez de bloquear o servidor a EA devria consertar o servidor para que possamos jogar com boa qualidade contra os adversários das demais regiões, assim como era no UFC 1 e UFC 2.

É um absurdo a EA fazer isso com nós consumidores. Ufc1 e Ufc2 o servidor era perfeito mas a partir do ufc 3,4 e 5 nao é possível achar partidas. Lamentável.
