EA I still have standard when I preordered deluxe

I preordered ufc 5 deluxe edition and still says I have standard. I sent a message to EA -Kent who I seen talking to others about this same issue . I sent screenshots of my receipt and purchase and the difference from standard version view and deluxe version view on my PlayStation. I’ve gotten no response idk maybe he thought it was spam.
