Error: lost connection to EA Servers

I'm just checking in, can you share a bit more about what the issue is? For example, are you getting an error message when you try to play a specific game mode? Are you playing on a console or PC?

When I log in it was saying can’t connect to ea servers and my user isn’t capable or something but it looks like it’s working now just laggin a bit but I think that’s the servers

It sounds like it's intermittently disconnecting. 🤔 The servers are looking healthy on our side, so let's try something. Could you run through these few basic troubleshooting steps and see if they help improve the connection: 

1. Restart your router and device (console or PC).
2. Check your internet connection for any issues.

Then try to play again. If the error keeps popping up, read through this guide and try the other recommended steps.

EA_Lanna  it’s now saying it’s not capable  to the account when I try to access my online career idk what that means can you please help this has been ongoing for 2 days 

Every other ea game works so I know it’s not a problem with my connection can I please get some assistance??
